Jason Mills

Jason is a Certified Coach and the founder of Belong Project. With over 25 years of experience as a multi-disciplinary design director, he has worked with companies such as ECCO Shoes, Booking.com, and the International Dyslexia Association. He has collaborated with innovative startups like Arugga AI Farming, RespiQ, GoodLeap, and The BeGiving APP.

Throughout his career, Jason has provided design solutions and led impactful marketing campaigns globally for Fortune 500 companies at Ogilvy, Mobium Creative Group, Concept Two Healthcare Marketing, and Mills Creative. He specializes in design thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling, strongly focusing on creating positive change.

Jason's personal experiences of living with dyslexia, overcoming challenges in childhood, dealing with loss, and being an ex-pat have shaped his perspective. He uses his achievements and experiences to help individuals achieve their desired lives through coaching, emphasizing personal growth and transformation.

  1. Jason is happily married to Nicole

  2. He has completed 3 Ironman Triathlons and 2 half-Ironman Triathlons and swims about 10k per week.

  3. He rearranges furniture in the house and his office to clear his mind.

Nicole Mills

Nicole has held senior leadership positions at some top Tech and Product companies. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

With over 25 years of expertise in engineering, project management, and learning/talent/leadership development, Nicole has worked across various industries, including technology, consumer goods, oil & gas, chemical, and industrial goods. Some notable companies she has been associated with include Netflix, Delivery Hero, Booking.com, Sonos, Jacobs Douwe Egbets, Sara Lee, BP, Dow Chemical, and John Deere. Nicole is passionate about empowering leaders and teams, fostering their curiosity, and helping them leverage their strengths to achieve their full potential and make a significant impact. She uses her achievements and experiences to help individuals achieve their desired lives through coaching, emphasizing personal growth and transformation.

Fun facts:

  1. She has run 119 marathons, 1 in every US state, 28 countries, and 6 of 7 continents. 

  2. She is Italian but hates cooking.

  3. She has lived in the Netherlands for nearly 13 years and speaks little Dutch.

  4. She loves to travel and has been to The Galapagos.
