What is Belong Project?

Belong Project is my coaching practice for creatives, leaders, neurodivergent thinkers, and overwhelmed achievers. I combine Co-Active coaching and design thinking to help you clear mental clutter, focus on what truly matters, and take practical steps toward a life and work you feel at home in.

Who do you work with?

I work with people who are bright and capable, but feel stuck, scattered, or overloaded. Many of my clients are creatives, founders, leaders, and neurodivergent thinkers such as ADHDers and dyslexic thinkers, as well as overwhelmed doers who want more clarity and calm without losing their edge.

How does your coaching work?

We meet regularly online or while walking, either in Amsterdam or virtually while you walk wherever you are. Sessions are a mix of deep conversation, practical planning, and design thinking tools. We look at your life and work as a whole system, then design experiments and simple structures that support the change you want.

Question 4

Do you offer walking coaching sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of my clients prefer to walk while we talk. If you are in Amsterdam, we can walk in person. If you live elsewhere, we connect online while you walk in your own neighborhood. Walking helps regulate your nervous system, opens up thinking, and makes it easier to talk about what really matters.

Do you use design thinking in your coaching?

Yes. I often use design thinking frameworks in our work together. We might map your ideas on a digital whiteboard like Miro, prototype different futures, or break big life and work questions into small, testable experiments. This approach is especially helpful for visual thinkers and people with a lot of ideas.

How much does coaching with Belong Project cost?

I currently offer two main programs. Option 1: a 4-month program with 8 sessions total for €3,000 plus VAT. Option 2: a 6-month program with 12 sessions total for €5,000 plus VAT. Payment details and schedule are agreed at the start of the program.

Where are you based and do you work internationally?

I am based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and work with clients all over the world. Most coaching happens online, and I also offer in-person walking sessions in Amsterdam.
